Lottery tickets yielded big jackpots this week for two Philadelphia-area residents. In Pennsylvania, lottery officials confirmed a Cash 5 ticket sold in Montgomery County won a $1,091,381.50 jackpot by matching all five balls in Tuesday’s drawing. The winning combination was 13, 14, 15, 29 and 32. The ticket was sold at the Sunoco located at 2177 E. High Street in Pottstown, the Pennsylvania Lottery said. The gas station will get a $10,000 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket. It was the second time this week a ticket purchased at an area gas station was lucky in a Cash 5 drawing.
In Monday’s Jersey Cash 5 drawing, a ticket sold in Camden County won a $291,814 jackpot. The New Jersey Lottery said the ticket was the only ticket to match all five numbers drawn Monday. The winning combination was 6, 30, 31, 36 and 37. Lottery officials said the prizewinning ticket was sold at the Exxon station at 1823 East Route 70 in Cherry Hill. That retailer of the great prize will get a $2,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
